I took my second injection of Enbrel last night (Thursday). Since my first injection Monday morning (11:30 am), I have noticed a difference in my psoriasis. It is starting to break up--rather than being large and red and angry, it is starting to look spotty in places.
Also, when I scratch, it is more like a dust that comes off rather than plaques or pieces of skin (I know, TMI).
So far, so good. No side effects to report, except a little soreness at the injection sites. But, I suppose that's to be expected whenever you poke yourself with something sharp.
I will most likely update this diary twice a week, probably on Monday afternoons and Friday mornings. My dosage schedule is to inject on Monday mornings and Thursday evenings.
Here's hoping Enbrel is my "wonder drug".
